Jarvis Informed me that SiN: Episodes came out the other day so I acquired it, and it's a most enjoyable game so far. I got a nice way into it on my own and on Wednesday, Joelene came over and we played until our eyes burned out of their sockets.
This game owns.
...heh
June 24th is a rave at Walkers. There will be the usual rave DJ's from around Saskatoon and beyond, but with a twist. dj_dAndroid will be stopping by to spin. Yours truely will be there of course and maybe one or two other unannounced DJs. So logically it'll be a rave with a dark edge, a "Dark Rave"?
...Let us rock out, dAndroid.
I really hope we don't scare off the ravers that night; That's our bread and butter. =P
And I hope the poster looks okay. I almost want to volunteer to do it. :
On a related sidenote:You people really have to check out the raves at Walkers some time. It really isn't bad at all. Even ask Luke, he had a blast chasing around that beaded candy sporting booty. There's a real community feel there. It's a good time, I swear.
On another topic: (lifted from Bloody-Disgusting.com)
"Here it is, the news you've all been waiting for, the official director line-up for Showtime's Masters of Horror: Season 2! Get ready because you'll be seeing the following directors in action: Brad (Session 9, Machinist) Anderson, Ernest (Demon Knight) Dickerson, Tom (Fright Night) Holland, Dario (Suspiria) Argento, John (Halloween) Carpenter, Joe (Howling) Dante, Mick (Shining TV) Garris, Stuart (Re-Animator) Gordon, Tobe (Texas Chainsaw Masaacre) Hooper, and John (American Werewolf in London) Landis!!"
Fuck Yeah!Oh, and thanks for the Myspace.com add, dAndroid. I'll try to post in that one too, and maybe I'll throw my cover of Bronski Beat's "Smalltown Boy" on there when it's finished! =P
OT: "Make Love!* The Bruce Campbell Way" isn't really a good read at all.
I mean, the first one, his autobiography was awesome. This one was a chore to read and the situations were not very convincing, neither was Richard Gere's fictitious personality.
So I'm just going to put this book down and start reading Count Zero by William Gibson to finish off the "Sprawl" series in a non-sequential order.
No sir, I didn't like it.P.S:
Am I the only person who edits their posts a billion times before settling with a still unsatisfying looking bunch of garble in the end?ttfn, [WiL].
